Pulse - SIP Platform

The SIP Pulse is a VoIP Providers SIP platform. It has been designed for the residential and corporate market. The biggest challenge for VoIP providers is to operate a platform that is at the same time robust, scalable and full-featured. Additionally, precise billing in the prepaid and postpaid modes is a frequent requirement.

Main differentiators for SIP Pulse:

Standards Based. SIP Pulse is based on RFC3261 built on top of the OpenSIPS, the SIP engine behind SIP Pulse.

Performance. up to 200 Calls/second and 50000 users registered per server.

Scalability and High availability. It is possible to run with HA or with replicas for load balancing and failover.

Keep-alive mechanism to prevent missing BYEs. One of the issues with SIP billing is the lack of control of the BYE messages. Our system uses an exclusive keep-alive mechanism to detect idle calls and to disconnects them automatically.

Billing pre and post paid. You can charge prepaid and postpaid calls. It is possible to charge per accounting group and multiple simultaneous calls in the prepaid mode. Reverse billing is also available for 1-800 numbers.

Graphical user interface for Admins. The GUI makes it easier for non-technical staff to operate the platform. Even clerks with no knowledge on SIP or Linux will be capable to administer the subscribers over a web interface.

User portal templates to make it easy to build your own portal. We have a template to quickly build you customer relationship portal where your subscribers will be able to sign-in and maintain their own data.
